What you pay
At Cloud Info Tec Ltd, if we can’t fix it, you wont pay for it. Our basic charges are fairly laid out though and offer great value for money.
PC/Mac Tune Up – £45
PC/Mac Rebuild (re- install of Operating System, including backup and restore of user data files) – £80
Upgrades – £10 installation/configuration fee, per item (excludes cost of upgraded hardware/software)
On Site Support – £45 per hour (First 30 mins £35)
Remote Support – £35 per hour (First 30 mins £25) - Available after first on-site visit, dependent on Operating System in use
Virus/MALware Removal – £65 (First 4 hours work, subsequent hours charged at £20 per hour)
Laptop Screen Replacements – £30 (excludes cost of replacement screen)
Data Recovery – £85 should any data be recovered from media

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the integrity of personal data stored on digital media/computer hard drives in PC’s on which we carry out work, Cloud Info Tec Ltd can in no way be held liable for any data loss that may occur during examination, replacement and handling of hardware components and/or installation, upgrade and reconfiguration of operating systems and software applications. The End User/Owner of the computer system is responsible for ensuring that backup copies of data are taken prior to any work undertaken by Cloud Info Tec Ltd or any of it’s employees.
